Accounts & Payments
We offer a couple of payment methods:
Our preferred payment method is BACS payment to the account details listed on your invoice, this is the fastest method and of course there is no additional charge involved.
Please ensure you put your INVOICE NUMBER on the payment so it can easily be tracked.
We do offer card payments too. On your emailed invoice there will be a "PAY NOW" button. if you click this it will take you to a secure server where you can complete payment. There is a charge for card payments (simply what the card processor will charge us for that particular transaction). This is shown prior to payment being taken.
Our hire terms are :
50% of the balance is due on booking if the booking is more than 30 days in the future. The remainder is then due 30 days prior to the hire booking.
No services or equipment is confirmed as booked until the deposit is received in full. They remain available for others to book until this payment is received.
If you are booking for less than 30 days time then full payment is required in full to secure the booking.
We now use XERO for our integrated accounts system. This automates a great deal of the business accounts functions. It's a fantastic system that also gives our customers complete access to all their statements / invoices 24/7.
You just have to click through from an emailed invoice and setup a simple account - this will then give you online access to your XERO customer portal - showing all invoices.
Please remember to put your invoice number on all payments to Buddha Group so they can quickly be tallied up and you are not chased for payments you have already made.
We offer credit terms to those companies who have a successful history of trading with us to start with. Companies must also usually be approved for Credit Insurance before any credit line is granted.
Any late payments will be reported to CRAs as DBT figures and may hamper your ability to get credit in the future. We also reserve the right to remove credit terms to any customer at any point should we deem it necessary.
