EVENT OPERATIONS CREW
SEASONAL FIXED TERM CONTRACT - PAYE
MAY - AUG (Initially) - Paid Monthly
Min 37.5hrs @ £13.50/hr (inc performance bonus)
Usually a lot more hours avail - (2023 Av - 51 hrs/wk)
Uniform Supplied FOC if you complete the contract.

This role involves getting our kit to and from events around the UK from our base in Warrington. We look after some of the biggest festivals in the UK like Boomtown, Glastonbury & Download. You will be the face of Buddha giving exceptional customer service & a can-do attitude at all times. There is very little rigging involved on the EVENT side of the business but you'll often find yourself wandering round a festival field post gig trying to locate our kit.. so you need to have a great positive attitude and ooodles of self motivation.

Our technology is great - so you can't be a techno-phobe and you'll need to find your way around apps etc to log your work and all the kit.
​
This crew role does involve driving so you'll need a fairly clean license (less than 6 points) and no points for the likes of drink, drugs or insurance offences..

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

This role involves getting our kit cleaned prepped, tested and loaded onto our vehicles so it can head off to Film, TV & Events around the UK.
You will be based at our Warrington depot supporting our Warehouse Crew. We look after some of the biggest festivals in the UK like Boomtown, Glastonbury & Download along with some of the very best TV shows and films like Mission Impossible, Game of Thrones, Starwars and even Peaky Blinders! You will have an awesome attitude & give exceptional customer service at all times. You will work both inside and out looking after our gear as the demand requires.

SALES MANAGER

We are looking for someone rather special - someone with an awesome sales background who understands the world of sales and loves a process while being able to coach others in the wizardry. We are looking for someone from an industry where a sales process is gospel. You need no experience of our industry - although any would of course be a benefit.

You will be inspiring, motivating and leading 2 teams of account managers - one in the Event Hire world and one in the Location Hire World based from our Head Office in Warrington. You will coach and drive their customer journeys while identifying training needs to improve performance.
​
You will create a fun environment gaining buy in to you and Buddha from your team and in turn our customers. You will put the customer needs at the forefront of all decisions.
​
You will be a super positive individual who can thrive in a fast paced environment finding out what we have to do to get the business day to day.

IT APPRENTICE
We are looking for an IT apprentice to join our team here in Warrington working across our depot and head office.
​
We are obsessed with technology so this role will be super exciting for the right person. It certainly wont be sitting in front of a monitor 24/7 resetting passwords.
​
You'll be involved with things like - our Nationwide PTT Radio Network, our State of the Art CCTV systems, our CIA Like Security Systems inc Facial the likes of Finger & Facial Recognition.
​
You will be instrumental in maintaining our Networks and the huge amounts of tech hardware attached to those.
​
You'll design new solutions, find new systems and be instrumental in successfully rolling them out through the business.
